TEREASA is the clerk that everyone is complaining about. Just a ticket, but they mistakenly put the wrong amount on the payment. When I called to ask if it was wrong (no big deal, just a simple mistake), she was very annoyed that I even asked. She is, quite possibly, the rudest person I’ve ever spoke to on the phone. Just be nice, Tereasa.
someone needs to look into this clerk named Teresa! TALK ABOUT RUDE! no need to have an attitude like that towards anybody. There are plenty of people out of work that can replace her
They gave me a ticket, I set up a payment plan, missed a payment, went to court, they demanded I pay the amount in full (which I did not have), they said if I didn’t pay the full amount I would go into warrant status and my license would be suspended. How am I supposed to get to work and get the money to pay them if I can’t drive!? Their system lacks complete sense.
I got a speeding ticket....no big deal, it happens. However, the staff at the municipal court is the absolute most unprofessional witch (b) I have ever had to encounter. Miss Personality I am sure deals with mad people all day complaining about tickets, I was not one of them. I sped, I got a ticket, I just need to take care of it. Put a smile on your face and a little upbeat into your voice and maybe just MAYBE you could brighten someones day
I would zero stars if I could. Rudest experience with the administration I’ve ever had in my life!
