Should close the Starbucks inside. They have no idea what they are doing.
This place has the BEST customer service!! I had to pick up an order quickly in order to meet someone to help me with car troubles at the mall. The lady at the front register without hesitating called someone at the appropriate register and direct me to where I needed to go. When I got to that register the lady quickly put my order in the bag and asked if she could email me my receipt so I could get out quickly. I want to THANK YOU for the AMAZING customer service!! I loved the variety of books. they had a nice cheap section of healthy cookbooks. this book has a few flaws. which isn’t barnes and nobles fault. The only issue i had was an employee telling customers to pull up their masks, yet she wasn’t wearing hers correctly. it was my first time ever in the store... and my last time.
This is my happy place! Always lots of selection and some good deals. I always buy something I didn't intend to when I went in Barnes and Nobles.
