I visited this location on 2/27. I 1st asked how long the wait was because I was pressed for time. I was told I would be next and it would be 15 mins wait. I was entered into the que, there was 1 person ahead of me. I literally saw the screen update me to no.1. I was next to get a haircut no one else was there. After about 10mins waiting a guy walks in and said he checked in via the app. All of a sudden the screen showed me no.2 and the new guy was no.1nIf this is a policy I can understand you get to skip the line. However in this situation I was totally ignored, I didn't get an apology or explanation or anything. A waste of my time and hate the way I felt leaving this place.
Just terrible. Did not cut the hairstyle I wanted. Cut way too short and left a huge groove along the sides and back of my head. Will never come back to this location
Takes care of there customers, if you're not happy with cut, they will correct it gladly.
My haircut was good and they were observing social distancing but the credit card machine wasnt working. Annoying to go off and get money somewhere else
