Best Salon is one of East Plano's best kept secrets. I had what is probably the best shampoo in many years topped off by a perfect haircut and blow dry. Kim is so nice and does a fantastic job, even on difficult hair like mine with not 1, but 2 cowlicks! Highly recommend and will definitely make this my salon.
