They never called to explain your insurance rates. So when you come in you end up paying more. They never explain anything. My kids have the same insurance I pay one rate with one kid and then they charge me self pay with my other daughter. Make no since to me. And they have no way of explaining what is going on. This is the second time this has happened. It just pisses me off cause they don’t even call to explain
I have been very satisfied with this office. The staff is very friendly and professional. My son and I have seen Dr. Hodges. I love how practical minded she is. She does not push super expensive treatments, rather looks for cost effective solutions that will work. I felt as if she truly listened to our concerns and was thoughtful in coming up with solutions.
Dr. Hodges is great. Makes you feel at ease and thoroughly explains her observations in a way that is easy to understand. The office staff is great and timely. Best Doctor visit experience I’ve had.
I had to have a minor surgery and chose McGuiness Dermatology after meeting with PA-C Candice Martinez and her MA Sherri D. Ms. Martinez made me feel incredibly comfortable with the procedure and clearly knew her profession as she was able to answer all of my questions, and performed the surgery without issue. She even called to follow up and see how I was doing and if the pharmacy had received my prescription. Sherri D. did an excellent job assisting as well! I would definitely recommend PA-C Martinez and McGuiness Derm in Murphy!
First time appointment and I was able to get in the next day. All new patient forms completed online and a quick easy appointment. Great office and friendly staff!
