Today... I did not like my nails...I chose the cute color for my nexgen but it was not how I thought it gone be... lady did my nail she sounded like she was rushing Or wanted to hurry, But she was kinda nice but She was rushing and never really have conversations or me she too busy talking to her co workers. So when she was done with my nails It was never got clean off under my fingernails or skin and I asked her I wanted oval shape she gave me almost square shape instead actual oval she sounded tired by trying to shape my nails as a oval so I didn’t say anything because she should know I wanted oval. Btw they haven’t even offer me or ask me if I wanted any drinks. I’m not sure if I want to go back because the lady didn’t do a great job I still don’t like my nails it waste of my money!

I liked the nails they did for me but when I came to take them off weeks later, they made me wait for over 30 minutes and when they finally got to me they took off my nails without soaking them or anything. They used a tool to just rip them off. My nails are so damaged right now and some of my nails are literally cracked down the middle about to peel off completely. Not professional at all. And they still charged me.

Probably won’t be making another trip down there. I spent $45 for some botched nails.. pink and white. I was told “I didn’t charge you for long nails” and I would’ve told a customer the same thing knowing you’re letting them walk out of your business with some horrible, horrible nails. Regretfully, I did pay, I shouldn’t have, but lesson learned. Others had a different experience but for someone new, this was a horrible first, last impression. A one time for the one time.

I love going there. That is the best one i am have been too. We always walk in and dont have to wait. Everyone there is good at nails and toes. I have had them all. No complaints, they are wonderful!
