I’m extremely disappointed with this location. I called them the first week of January and left them a voicemail, got no call back. Called them the following week and spoke to a young lady to get an appointment. I ask her for Dylan and she said he had a Sunday January the 24th open at 5 pm we discuss that I want hot stones as an extra and then we are good. Go up there today to find out that Dylan does not in fact work Sunday’s and I was never booked. This is the second time this has happened at this location in the past year. It’s to the point where I’m considering either moving locations and leaving a masseuse that I really like or just canceling my subscription to Hand and Stone

I have always have a great experience here! The team is always super kind and professional. Rachel is an incredible massage therapist who truly listens to my concerns, remedies them and explains how I can help prevent future pain and injury. I recommend doing the Himalayan salt rocks and CBD oil upgrades. I had a facial with Joann today and it was great! She explained each step of the facial and took the time to help remedy my skin concerns, especially new ones while pregnant. The microdermabrasion was much needed and made a huge difference in my skin clarity and texture. I highly recommend this location and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed!

For the last month no exaggeration I’ve called this location multiple times and no one answers the phone. I’ve called different days and different times and always the same no one answers. Why is answering the phone so hard. Apparently my membership doesn’t cover answering the phone.

While on vacation in TX my dear friend gave me a free massage as a gift to this place and, Dylan, was my massage therapist. When he came out to shake my hand he was very gentle and I was thinking the massage was going to be too light but he did amazing! Left feeling very refreshed!

The spa is relaxing and I like the ambiance. The front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Every massage I’ve received has been very good. My only pet peeve is that they seem to only have a small staff of massage therapists. But, they’re all good! It can be hard to get an evening appointment. I make sure to book my next service before when I check out. I enjoy being a member and hope to be for a long time to come.
