Every time I went to this salon, I never left satisfied with my eyebrows, even though they charge good amount just for eyebrows but the staff they have is don’t understand the value of customer’s satisfaction or they are not trained. Honestly my experience with them every time was not good, so I stopped going there and tried a new place. Thank you.
I went in yesterday to get my eyebrows done after 5 months, I already have good eyebrows so all she really had to do was clean it up and fix a little ... i dont know what she did but they are uneven now, one is thicker than the other one and one is squared and the other one more round, I actually took the time to look at my eyebrows when i got in my car, I almost cried at how messed up they look... honestly based on this experience I do not recommend its overpriced and there there really isnt costumer service. I rather drive 30 minutes to my old $6 eyebrow lady :(
Best in town! Each lady always does a great job and are all very nice and friendly. Vilasben did a amazing job!
I wouldn’t recommend this place to others. I would be giving negative stars if I can give that. I used to go to this place for about few months. The lady who used to do threading for me, was not there today. A new lady, she didn’t do it well at first, even if I explained her about how do I want my eyebrows. I didn’t see her before in that salon. She was doing cleanup on my eyebrows instead of what I told her to do. Second time When I explained to her about it, she didn’t like it and she was doing it very hard on my eyebrows. I never recommend this place for others.
They jacked up my brows. Took out a chunk from the top. Would give zero stars. They rush you like they have to catch a plane. Didn’t even offer for me to see my brows when done. On top of it she was arguing with me about payment. Shame on you.
