The staff was so friendly at this location. They asked if we wanted to open a dressing room. When we finished shopping a dressing room was waiting for us with our clothes already in it. The staff always asked us how we were doing and helped us find sizes and styles that we couldn’t find ourselves. Overall one of the best American Eagles I have ever been to. Keep it up!
I went to the store today unsure of what I wanted. As I was looking around Kristal (spelled with a K) came up next to me and started making conversation with me. She helped me pick out what fit best and what worked best. I was able to find the perfect pair of shorts. It’s almost like I was shopping with my best friend. They have amazing customer service there and it’s always a good experience when I go!
My family and I went into American Eagle, and absolutely no one helped us out. The employees saw us but didn’t come up to us. It was clear they wanted us to leave. My husband and I will be shopping at the Stonebriar American Eagle location from now on.
They think everyone that shops there is a small or extra small. Hardly any large anything. And I'm not a big guy, but I'm definitely not a extra small.
Lack of size selection. No assistance. I was trying to buy 3-4 pairs of jeans for each of my teenagers. Instead I bought nothing and ordered online. I was very disappointed the staff was doing a lot of standing around chatting g and clearly watching for loss prevention but not trying for sales.
