Just called the store to check and see if they had a specific item in the store, lady answered phone and stated to me not as she know of, didn't even go to check ud83dude11 thats very lazy and horrible for customer service, I will not be shopping here. Glad the other stores was willing to do the research for me, please issue her some coffee ☕ thanks.
This store does not follow covid guidelines at all. They don’t even have sanitizer. I asked the store person for the sanitizer she said she does not know. My experience with this store is really bad. Management please take this Covid seriously.
I love the children place but this location was totally a discrace. I walked in made eye contact with everyone in the store which was 2 young ladies neither of them spoke to me I continued to shop in the area they were in never said a word. I already knew I was not going to spend my money there. They really should be grateful considering the circumstances but I will never shop here again and I will tell everyone I know how rude the staff is at this location horrible customer service
If I could leave no stars, I would. I have never in my life experienced the type of discrimination I did at this establishment. I'm sure other Children's places don't act like this but I promise, I will never return to this outlet in Allen Ever again. After sifting through the clothes that were just thrown around in apparently no order and finally finding things that would fit my daughter, my husband and I were told to stand in the line that was apparently for minorities. Seeing as all the white people were allowed to check out in the line on the other side of the store. But when myself and my husband and several others of other races tried to check out of the other line, the man working told us to go to the back of the line on the Other side of the store.
