Very nice and Affordable
I needed to return merchandise purchased from Ann Taylor factory store, however that store was temporarily closed due to hail damage. Staffs from the loft store was nice enough to take the merchandise from the other brand store. Since the merchandise was from the other brand store, they (loft) couldn't return the merchandise through their computer system. they were nice enough to call the grapevine factory outlet location and able to process my return for me via their phone. the whole process took some time. If it was up to me, I would have just said go find that other brand store. So sorry but now go. But they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I got my refund. Stephania especially was nice and very courteous. B/c of my issues, her counter was backed up a little. But she took her time to make sure my issue got addressed. I was a very satisfied customer and I think stephania deserves a raise!
