Went today needing a new suit for my younger brothers wedding, and didn't really have anything preplanned in my head of what I wanted. I started looking in the completely wrong section of the store for my size, and generally just did not know what I was doing. That's when Joe came over and asked to help, which I am so glad that he did. Joe is the man when it comes to suits. From the very beginning his knowledge and experience shined through quickly guiding me to my options, and literally helping me with each decision until we were left with two great suits to choose from. This made my experience so so much more enjoyable, and frankly I feel like I will look better in my new suit because of it. Suit was a great price, on top of the outstanding service.

On 3/7/2021, at the Men’s Warehouse store number: 1263, located at 190 E Stacy Rd Ste 4000 Allen, TX 75002, I received great customer service from Ms. Patricia Bills, Operations Manager. I came to the store to purchase a pair of shoes and a belt and wanted to use my ‘Perfect Fit’ $50.00 rewards voucher to complete my purchase. Unfortunately, the voucher expired after 90 days. I explained to Ms. Bills that I was not able to come into the store to use the voucher because this was during the COVID lock down and the stores were closed. I prefer to come into the store and try on my selections rather than order online. Ms. Patricia Bills then called the customer support to see if there was something they could do for me. The customer service representative said that they were unable to give me the voucher because it had already expired. I wanted to recognize Ms. Patricia Bills for taking the time to help me out and give me a great customer experience

I enjoy the store, and the customer service. But I’ve bought maybe 7-8 V-neck sweaters from Men’s Wearhouse , and every single one has gotten a tear or hole in it just a couple days/weeks after purchase. I do not recommend buying the sweater pull overs. I tried saving money, and found out why it pays to pay lol. Other than the quality of the product, the customer service is great!

Really great place to find a wide array of men's suits. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they knew exactly what I needed. The only place that was really attentive and informed me about my options.

This place is absolutely amazing. I needed a full suit, shirt & tie for a same day event. Elisha was so quick to help & found everything I needed, got my size perfect, and got the pants tailored all under 25 mins. Excellent customer service & high quality suits for a great price, you won’t regret it.
