Came in on Black Friday hoping to update my wardrobe a bit. Even with the more contemporary styles at the forefront, this place is perfect to find modern takes on timeless looks. I was greeted initially by a charming woman who appeared to be the manager (I'm so sorry I forgot your name) who asked if I was shopping for someone. I let her know that no, I'm trans and shopping for myself. She immediately switched to female pronouns and introduced me to Laura, who would be helping me with style ideas and fitting.nTo say Laura was resourceful and sweet is a grave injustice to how amazing she actually was. She found some incredible items for me to try on, was extremely helpful the entire time, never made me feel uncomfortable or awkward, and I walked away with some wonderful items.nThis location is very close to my home, and I'll most definitely be a loyal customer after this awesome experience ud83dudda4

It's really unfortunate and really sad the kind of service I just received. I literally walked into the store not one employee did greet me at all then I came to the counter and I waited almost 10 minutes to get assistance to return my pea coat that it did not work out for me. I did not even wear once. Then of course this guy that works there pops out of nowhere and it's like oh but this other associate can help you out since he did not feel like it. Then they had the guts to give me a hard time just because I didn't have that particular tag on there which they don't realize if they reject it I'm going to get my money back anyways because I have an AMEX card. Even if you did not feel like taking my coat back you should of still provided some good customer service. This is not right you guys need some serious training on customer service. I will definitely never come to this store again.
