We had the WORST experience at this location. Corporate please replace the employee named Heidi. My whole family and I love Eddie Bauer and have never had any issues. This morning, I took my mom to return a jacket that was a little snug on her and the employee was the rudest human being my family has ever encountered. We gave her the jacket which was brand new with a tag on it and while my mom was searching for the receipt in her purse the employee started rudely saying the return cannot be completed and to take the jacket back where my mom bought it from. She continued to make all these rude remarks to my mom and when I asked her to be patient, she started yelling at me. We just left feeling so disgusted and we will never return to this particular location.

Came in today with my grandmother to make a return and I usually never write reviews but the way the clerk spoke to my grandmother really upset me. It seemed as if we were a bother and we both walked out of the store in awe of the treatment.

Staff could be friendlier and more helpful.nThe signage wasn't clear and the short sleeves were mixed with the long sleeves.nnWent back 2 weeks later to do an exchange and the staff was super helpful. It was like a 180 degree difference. Plus they rearranged the clothes and everything was labeled correctly and accurate signage.

First , I want to say we love Eddie Bauer products and have frequented many of their stores. Saturday we stopped in this location looking for hiking boots and the woman who was working could have cared less about helping us(actually, she didn't even offer). Shenwas very rude and unprofessional and of no help when we asked her several questions about the boots. If you don't like helping customers find another job!
