This is the absolute worst pharmacy. I only go to this one because the convenience of the location to my house. I have had multiple negative encounters with the techs and even the pharmacist. Every single person that works there has an attitude and is very unhelpful. Not to mention, they are extremely judgmental when it comes to controlled substances and narcotics. It is pulling teeth to get what you need from them. Dont expect them to go out of their way to help you with anything. Its a very sad situation, but at-least they are not doing bedside care. Corporate needs to do something about this asap.
Maybe negative pharmacy reviews are for old staff or something, but as of 10/30/2020 this pharmacy is great. Super nice, never have a long line when I go. Been going here for about a year and only go for prescriptions.
Bad customer service with lots of attitude. The male pharmacy assistant that works here has a lot of attitude and is not helpful at all. Makes no effort to help and thinks he is doing you a favor. Go somewhere sense people !!
Customer services is horrible. Store manager and cashiers are stupid and very rude. They refused to give back my coupon after I returned my purchase with a horrible behavior.
Terrible customer service. What pharmacy closes for lunch? Why can’t they stagger their lunch breaks? And why did nobody at least apologized? And I missed it for one minute and they didn’t even have the courtesy to get one box of Sudafed
