Very pushy sales people. Buy 2 get 1 free, buy 3 get 2 free. Pricey! Can drop a mint easily. They keep changing my favorites and bring in new fragrances. Preferred some of the older fragrances which are now gone. $$$

This review is based on my experience today while shopping. I believe the associate is named Cece, a woman with longer brown hair. Upon arrival she requested to take my items for returns to put them behind the counter and gave me an empty bag, which I appreciated. However, I realized I forgot a mask and quickly left the store to get it out of my car. Upon returning I felt as though she was following me and watching as though she suspected I was a thief.nnI walked to various tables and she was on the other side or she walked to me. I felt very uncomfortable throughout this experience. I approached her because I had a question re: coupons. It was if we could use a 20 percent coupon and she responded with a curt response. Later I see she was very helpful with other customers and offering information about the promotional sale that day and showing fragrances. She had every opportunity to treat me the same way as she was practically following me. I had perfectly fine and friendly interactions with all other staff except her. I have not had this experience in other BBW locations but this left a pit in my stomach without any rational explanation for her treatment toward me.
