The cookies are Delicious!! I love how each week they serve new cookies! Its so much fun tasting all the different types of cookies they come up with! This location is awesome! Every single employee is GREAT! From management to the amazing employees! Thank you for your hard work!
OMG. You must try this place! Four different flavors of cookies every week that are always amazing and fresh. They always have chilled sugar cookies (my fave) and chocolate chip in the rotation. The staff is always friendly and loves to help pick which one to try. I challenge you to only leave with one cookie. Get a 4 pack...you’ll be glad you did!
Cookies were perfectly baked. Slight crisp, not doughy. Lots of icing/toppings just like we like. Ordered for pickup, checked in when I arrived, and box delivered almost immediately. Employee was cheerful and pleasant. Love Crumbl!
Crumbl in Garland is so fast and friendly! They recognize me and my partner every time we go and always greet us right when we come in! they always make sure our order is correct before sending us on our way and THAT is how customer service goes! Love the staff and the cookies !!! Customer for life.
Tried twice just to give it a fair review. The second time around was much more pleasant. Had the cinnamon swirl and the hot chocolate cookie both served warm. Deeeeelish!nnThe first experience was fine. The curbside pick up was great. The gentleman was friendly but, I thought the cookies were nothing to rave about. I had the red velvet and the chilled sugar cookie.nnI was lucky that a parent at my work ordered these and had them delivered so I could try them again.nnI like that the menu changes weekly to give variety.nnIf you don’t like a cookie one week, just wait. It’ll change.
