I always love to use Christian Brothers. They're so kind and courteous when you enter the lobby. I feel like a friend not a customer. I'm not just another number. I know that automotive shops are always busy, but no matter how busy, every Christian Brothers location I've ever used it's always provided the utmost quality and good value for your hard-earned dollars. I even was offered something to drink and a ride back to my house. They even rinsed my car off for me it was a little dirty on the outside and made it look new and pulled it up to the door for me as well. That is top-notch customer service. I drove about 40 miles to this location because I used to live in Allen before I bought my house in Mesquite. I remember the kindness they paid me when I needed I repair on my car last minute and made me feel welcomes and not an inconvenience. I definitely recommend this location and Allen but any Christian Brothers as well. Great company! Keep up the great work guys!

Went to get my inspection done, best experience I’ve ever had hands down. They told me the first inspection is free which was such a huge bonus, then they had my car completed in 25 min, checked tires and fluid levels, and pulled my car to the door so I didn’t even have to walk into the parking lot. Plus they are incredibly friendly and the waiting room is so much more comfortable than a standard auto shop.nI will recommend them to everyone I know, fantastic place!!!!

Christian brothers provided excellent service. They were professional and courteous, and used high standards for safety and cleanliness. I made an appointment and decided to wait for the car. In less than 30 minutes they had Completed the work. This is a great staff and I appreciate their efforts. Definitely will use again and highly recommend.

I cannot adequately express how positive my experience was with this location. Gavin and Kurt were so personable, courteous and professional. They patiently waited and offered several options to resolve a delay I was experiencing with my insurance company. I lost my husband a year ago (which they were not aware of) and was nervous how we'd be treated. These gentlemen went beyond all our expectations to take care of my son and I and make us comfortable. The service we received was completed quickly and expertly. It was by far, the best experience I've had dealing with an automotive facility and I recommend this location wholeheartedly to anyone.

CB at Allen is a true definition of “Customer comes first”. They will ALWAYS find time for you, they will always work around YOUR schedule and make it right.nVery kind and polite, very professional and organized. The place itself is extremely clean and well kept, Candy,tea,etc is always offered while waiting. Everyone that I worked with is just good people and you can tell they love what they do.nnI will highly recommend CB at Allen!
