This was my first time at this shop and Bridgestone consumer affairs sent me here after I called about original tires on my 2019 vehicle with only 20k miles already wearing out. Mark was extremely helpful and worked on my behalf to get me a prorated discount on a new set. They were very fair and helpful in their guidance without applying pressure. The installation was quick and well done. I really appreciate the helpfulness and courtesy.
I called up this morning looking for a 295/30/20 tire which are not common to find in a shop. Adam searched around and had the tires there in half an hour. He got me in and out super fast and the service was top notch. It’s was a pleasure working with these guys and I appreciate the care they took with my wheels. If you can help it, DO NOT use this Firestone location! Complete RipOff garage! I will tell you in detail so you know what they did. Not only will they not stand behind their coupons but they will try to make up some BullSh*t story claming the coupons are not real.
My wife and I have taken our vehicles here several times for oil change and inspections. They have always done a great job for us. Very professional and courteous. Eric did a great job this last time. We will be back for sure.
Early his morning I took the tire I purchased at Tirerack.com to Firestone on McDermott and they took me in immediately and replaced the tire quickly, at the expected cost. They even checked the condition of my battery for free and made sure all tires had the right pressure even though I only changed one damaged tire. Very happy with the service. Highly recommended.
