Found my new favorite auto parts store! Adam was a big help! Wife and I purchased a 2 year battery for our 14’ Nissan Sentra and he removed old battery and installed new battery. Adam gave me a few tips to keeping battery clean. Polite and helpful! Thanks Auto Zone crew!
This used to be such an amazing location. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade, but the past two experiences have been a nightmare. No real customer service, long holds on the phone, and long waits in person. It just seems they care much less about their customers now and could not care less if they make a mistake or do not follow through on their end. After this last time of apathetic, inconsiderate customer service, I will take my business elsewhere. 2020 and finances are hard enough without having aloof workers who really don't care either way if you do business there.
