I went in for an oil change and a complete vehicle inspection. The technicians concluded that one of my tires was completely worn out and that I needed an alignment. I also asked for a state inspection last minute and they did not hesitate to do it. I am very grateful that everything was done in a timely matter and they were very professional. Thank you very much for keeping us safe on the road!
Had an amazing experience here. Went in to get breaks and rotters done and the store manager Dwight Anthony was super helpful and knowledgeable about everything I needed. His customer service was spectacular!!nI will be going here for everything I need done on my cars!!

Love firestone in Altus ok but my first time coming to this one. Online says they open at 7am I come at 7:30 sign says open waiting 15min an counting still just to have my tires checked. I'm the only one here I can see 4 guys inside I even went in an asked for help next time I'll stick with Midas up the street.
Extremely happy with the customer service I received today. I needed to get my tire patched up but informed me I was in need of a replacement. Tire was more than what I had due to the rim size but gave me all the information I needed as well as put my spare on for free. Will be coming back to this location to get all my tires replaced.
