Caliber Collision did a fantastic job with my car. Their customer service was exceptional. When my car was dropped off by the tow truck, they noticed the tow truck driver had a cigarette while he was in my car. Jeremy brought it to my attention immediately and told me they would make sure my car was detailed so that there is no smoke smell. Scott constantly kept me posted and made sure I understood where we were in the process of getting the car fixed. They also made sure I knew what is going on in regards to insurance since the insurance was covering the expenses. When I got my car back it was good as new, quite literally. You would have thought I just drove it off the lot. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle.

Great speedy service. I had someone bump into my car in the parking lot and I was worried about it being repaired properly since the coat of paint was not common. Now that I got my car back it is as good as new! Will definitely being using them in the future!

Had a great experience. The work done was amazing and I highly recommend! The staff and my claims specialist, Jeremy, were very professional, friendly and kept me up to date from drop to pick up. I will definitely be using Caliber Collision for any future repairs.

I tried to get an estimate for some damage and they wouldn't talk to me. The reception person kept asking to see my insurance claim. I asked to have someone give me an estimate but they kept saying my insurance had already done the estimate. I walked out and went down the street to take my business elsewhere. It was kind of rude how they were put off by me asking for a quote. I won't be going to Herb's ever again. I have been a customer in the past through insurance and that was okay. Took a very long time to get my car repaired and afterwards I still had to return because they missed some trim, my mirror was falling off and my door was not hung correctly. They eventually made everything right but it took me a few times of returning to get the work done to my satisfaction.
