Liberty Mutual suggested Caliber Collision and I took my vehicle there. It was in and out in less than a week. The amount of communication was perfect, not too little or too much. They even detail cleaned my car inside and out and took the registration sticker off for me at my request which was a HUGE help. The repairs look amazing. The rental car place is in the adjoined parking lot, so, super convenient. Everyone was very friendly and I would 100% take my vehicle back there and recommend it to anyone needing repairs.

This place was AMAZING! Dropping off my SUV was so easy!! They did an amazing job on my vehicle and even cleaned the inside! A few perks I was not as expecting. I also thought my car would be in for at least two weeks based on past experience with another body shop but they fixed my stuff in...wait for it...THREE DAYS!! IN A PANDEMIC!! AND IN THE MIDDLE OF A TEXAS BLIZZARD!!! I would especially like to thank the manager Ivan (Ivor? Y'all forgive me, I'm HORRIBLE with names) who took my rental back to Enterprise and also called to make sure I was super happy which, I am. Thank you guys for everything!!! ud83dude18

I have never used caliber collision before and I can say for certain that I will never use them again or recommend them to family or friends. My whole experience with them has been bad. I was originally told that my vehicle would be ready 03/12/2021 that day came and went never got a update. I called the Monday after and was told that it was going to take longer than originally thought due in part to them needing to order parts that they broke at the shop. I was told that it would be Wednesday then. That day come and still no communication from them. I was told that i should have been receiving texts with updates. The date was changed to Thursday afternoon. I got Friday afternoon at 1:30 saying the vehicle would be ready by 5. At 4:30 they call me and let me know that they needed to replace my battery due to it dying. I did not receive my vehicle until 5:40. As I was driving home I look back and notice that they left wires unplugged and hanging out of my car panels. This place is super unprofessional and non communicative.

Our service was great! Ian kept us in the loop constantly about our insurance claim and repair. We received text msgs and personal phone calls with updates. The entire staff were very personable and friendly. We received our car back ahead of schedule looking as good as before. I would highly recommend their services for any collion repair.

I wouldn’t walk away from this business I would run!! I was sent to this company by my insurance company and the guy that helped me was rude and obnoxious! I wouldn’t give them my business if they were the last place in the city!
