Great customer service and honest people! I usually go here for an oil change, but this time, my car needed a lot of maintenance. John and the other mechanics were honest, explained what my car needed, and even showed me what the old parts vs. new parts of my car that they replaced. My car now drives way smoother than before. I will definitely go back and would highly recommend this place.
JOHN has the BEST customer service!!!!nI actually used to go here for my oil changes and other Services but stopped because I didn’t care for the service nor interactions I had with other workers. But my wife and I went in yesterday because our check engine light came on and it’s close to our house.And JOHN welcomed us in with the Best personality and made us feel comfortable bringing our car there.He was very informative. So as long as he’s there ,I will definitely be back to get future services!!!
I'm always looking for a good reliable car place. This is one I now rely on. Good service, timely, they meet their commitments and somehow remember my name! I can't say enough good about the last 3 times I've been there.
Tyler, Luis and the whole staff are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I have been using this location since 2015 for various services on all my vehicles- today was just the state inspection, but they proved once again to be top notch. I would recommend them to all.
This was by far the best car experience I’ve had! Emily was beyond helpful and walked me through everything my car needed. Since I’m not a car person, I am always extremely skeptical but she made me feel so comfortable and patiently listened to all of my questions. She did an amazing job and I will be requesting her anytime I come to this establishment.nThe manager, Jacob, was also extremely helpful and has great customer service!nI will be highly recommending this place!
