I am writing this review to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Geoff Shields the Loan Advisor that I've been working with over the past week. His constant communication, involvement, and response time is EXCEPTIONAL and beyond what I can measure. He recently helped my son and I obtain an approval or an auto loan and also helped me obtain a personal loan that will save me several hundreds of dollars in interest. He is a professional in all aspects of lending, provides great customer service, and provides details with explanation on the loan terms. Geoff is an absolute asset to Texans CU and I will be looking forward to working with him in the future with all my loan needs. Thank you Geoff for all you have done for us. We are so appreciative of you and what you did to help us.

I have been a member of Texans Credit Union since they opened their Wylie office. They have always made great efforts to meet all of my financial needs. I have financed several automobiles at excellent rates. When I refinanced my home they gave me a good rate and no fees which saved me money. Even during the pandemic they have worked with me to give me the best possible service.

Superior Customer Service EVERY TIME! My husband and I have been members of Texans for years. Our first experience was refinancing our vehicles with the lowest rates we’d ever been offered which saved us hundreds each month and thousands over the life of the loan. When it was time to trade in, Texans had the most competitive rates, so we stuck with them for our new vehicles. They also had excellent rates on personal loans which we took advantage of to tackle a few miscellaneous goals. Speaking with them always felt like speaking to a friend taking the time to educate us through the entire process which reassured us that we were in good hands. We’re very satisfied customers and highly recommend them!

Texans Credit Union of Wylie, hands down has the best staff member who care and help their members.nnThe other day I called and need to get two questions answered, the wait time on the phone was less than 3 minute’s and I spoken to Brittany about the issues was told to hold ( hold music} while waiting for Brittany to come back to the call. Emily picked up the call. She was so helpful and cheerful over the phone. After we discussed the issues, I called about both were handled with great professionalism I’m glad she was their to voice my concerns and help me out. If you need an type of loan it banking needs Texans Credit Union gets my 5 star rating.nnRobert Ulmer
