Not trustworthy. Sent $5980 deposit thru drivethru, took about 15 mins and would not hear from them. When I called the teller, she tells me I'm $100 short from my amount. Then I go inside and they tell me their system crashed and need time to audit. To make things short, I had to talk to the branch manager because they said I was $220 short the second time they counted.
This location IS TRASH.. especially the drive thru. Girl had an attitude. I do not coming here but was pressed for time. Drive the extra distance and go to the one off Renner in Richardson much better customer service.
