We've been using this location for several years. Fast, friendly service every time whether it's in-person or drive thru. The ATM experience is usually pretty good unless there is a slow person in front of you.

Wow! Wow!! Wow!!! I'm so glad and super excited today. I visited the WellsFargo Murphy Branch to regularise my account. I traveled out of the US in March this year on what should be a one month visit to Nigeria but got caught up with the lockdown due to the novel Covid-19 pandemic so i ended up spending almost 5months. On getting back to the US i found out that my account with the WellsFargo Murphy Branch has been closed. I had to schedule an appointment with them and it was Mr Jose Jonathan Vega who attended to me. Mr Jose is such a professional and wonderful representative. His assistance made it easier for me to get back with the bank. In fact he made sure that i was only charged the exact fee I'm supposed to pay...at the the end he saved me an extra charge of $140. Just want to say a very big thank you Mr Jose and to the entire WellsFargo family. God bless y'all as i look forward to doing business with your bank. Yours Vincent N. Decided not to go here due to all the customer service complaints, which is a pain because now I have to go drive across town.

Mr Michael Bicknell was very helpful and resolved the issues. We never had any issues with any person in this Wells Fargo branch. Everybody is so helpful.
