By far, this is the best, most informative CPA office I have been to.nMr. Agrawal is very detail oriented and takes time to analyze data very meticulously. He is well versed in tax law, and I found him to be an enormous resource to my business. Office was very clean, and the environment was very welcoming. CPA firm of the year in my books !

Came across Agarwal CPA and associates via Google search. Due to my busy schedule thought to visit on Saturday between 12 - 6 PM as per Google hours. Glad I did not made a visit. Left VM at the phone number got a response back from a lady was discussing to set up an appointment to visit in person to detail out. During the conversation a topic was raised regarding maximizing refunds as I am curious my refunds may qualify for better than what my current CPA is doing. Right off the bat lady assumed that I'm asking her to something that is out of the way. There on , compared their fee structure for a simple tax refund vs Turbotax and how could having a CPA can help. Right there, I have been advised to go to Turbotax to file taxes.nThis suggested me that either there is a fair amount of propensity of judging a book by its cover without understanding the customers situation. I would've felt more comforted if she were to provide the answer. Or , Agarwal associates have a strong customer base and they don't need to build their business. If above mentioned is not correct then treat all customers equally and serve each customer with heart not words.

Very professional, prompt, efficient and sincere about understanding my situation and helping.   They helped me to incorporate company in TX, secure FEIN, Elect S-Corp status, process my company payroll, guide me for retirement planning and save on taxes for my company and individual returns.  I had never expected such a professional CPA firm catering to small business clients at very reasonable cost.  I continue to use their services and highly recommend them.

After relocating to the Murphy area I contacted Agrawal & Associates to complete my annual tax prep. From the onset of communication Namita was nothing but professional and prompt. She was patient with all of my questions and concluded our tax prep within a couple weeks - mind you I wasn't in a rush.nnWould highly recommend Agrawal & Associates and intend on leveraging some of their other CPA services in the near future.
