The food was so good! However, my review is for the incredible service received. I did not catch the young mans name at the cash register on Saturday afternoon but he was AWESOME. So super helpful and friendly. It was my first visit so he helped me explain his favorite menu picks and different swaps I could do. I’ll definitely be back to this location.
When I went to order, I was initially told that I would be refused service if I didn't wear a mask inside. But if I was picking food up, I was exempt...I wore my mask below my nose and somehow, that was acceptable. $14 for a burger and fries. No beer available even though they seem to have a bar that is closed at the moment. The burger was fine but there are much better burgers for a much better price. I won't be back and I won't recommend this place.
I had the Jackie O lamb burger w/fries, while he chose the Liberty hamburger w/ onion rings... The burgers are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, it's quiet and the staff are very friendly. It's EXTREMELY clean inside... I'd drive from Dallas to Allen anytime I want a burger... It's worth every dime ud83dudc95ud83dudc95ud83dudc9cud83dudc9c
First visit to this place and amazing experience. Burgers really have their unique taste. I’m not a burger person but I may visit this place again. Hours customization option for vegetarians.nStaff is very responsive and nice.
We absolutely will not be back here and we’ve frequented this establishment for a few years now. We just were refused service for a group of almostn30 people because we did not wear masks. (Even though our governor in Texas has lifted the mask mandate) They even said we were required to wear masks while sitting at the table visiting with one another waiting on one food. The manager was rude. So sad, as we’ve loved Liberty Burger! Take the name “liberty” off the sign.
