I recently moved from Irving to Allen. The Chase branch experience in Irving was above average for my business needs such as safety deposit, notary service or other banking services.nBut, this Chase branch at Stacy Rd. is below average in terms of employee's knowledge, skill-set or may be they were just trying to avoid responsibility or work.nFrankly, I wasted my time visiting this branch and could not get the things done that I had no problem before in other Chase branches in DFW area. Just had to listen to excuses and policies that I never heard before. I would avoid them in future.

Abby is the worse. After confirming an appointment with me on the phone she gave someone else my appointment time and refused to see me. So i wasted my gas and time coming there. Same thing happened the previous day had a phone appointment at 11am she called me at 10:20 i was still in class and she never answered when i called back up untill 2 hours later when she told me to come in the next day. Horrible, just horrible and unfair.

I went to the bank today because I had card problems. The whole stuff was very friendly and helpful. A guy named Matteo help me out. He went beyond standard customer service and really help me out. This why I love banking with chase, because of customer service like Matteo!

This branch is absolutely horrible. We have banked with Chase for 8 years and are now switching banks. Every time I have come into this branch, there only seems to be one person who can help anyone with an issue and it causes a 15-45 minute wait for just about anything. While I waited there yesterday, three customers left in a huff after getting annoyed with the wait. I was there to get them to help me with the issue I was having that I could no longer see our joint checking account on my bank login. I was told that I was mistakenly taken off the account, but that my husband had to be there to put me back on--even though they has no authorization to remove me in the first place! I was livid and demanded that they fix their mistake immediately, they refused repeatedly. I had planned to camp out there for the afternoon until they had police forcibly remove me from the banker's desk or until they fixed the issue, but then I had a better idea and decided to use the afternoon to shop for another bank. I brought my laptop with me to bank shop, but, much to my surprise, didn't even get a chance to open it because every other bank I visited immediately helped me--NO WAIT!

Jeremy, the branch manager, was very kind, professional and presentable. In both my own, as well as with another customer’s interaction, we was very precise and informative as to the nature of procedure at the branch. I have been worried about moving over from a small bank to a big one, but this transaction made me feel much more assured about being a member of Chase going forward.
