I have always came to this Navy Federal since it opened and has been treated with respect. But my last to visits, I was completely disrespected. Called to the side and spoken to horrible. I only go in the bank for a 1,800.00 cashier's check monthly. Another then that I handle everything on my phone. Even the check is made through my phone and I'm just picking it up with my ID and or bank card. Totally uncalled for
I was wearing a mask and the lady sitting at the desk came over and told me to pull my mask over my nose even though it already was. I have a beard so when i talk my mask pulls down a bit. Never get treated like this over at the location by the colony. Maybe someone should tell that lady she is on a powertrip and she should keep her ego in check. Its the portly white lady with glasses
