The staff was friendly, but the lady helping me was not familiar with the process and kept having to ask for help. The day I went was a work day so I had to ask for the first hour of work off, since they opened at 8 am, and the lady not being familiar with the process slowed down things a bit. Again, the staff was friendly, but the biggest issue I had was when I got mask fitted, the staff member touched my face in several areas without gloves or washing her hands, I felt concerned about the cleanliness of her hands and wiped my face down in my car as soon as I left.
