Be weary of what they promise for your loved one because it's not always what they do once you admit them. Physical and Speech therapists are wonderful; however not happy about every other aspect of that facility.
I had a great stay at Fox Hollow. The staff were helpful and courteous. The food. I had the general menu. Was tasty and selections were extremely varied. The physical therapy staff were caring and had lots of suggestions for my future exercises. The facility as a whole is extremely clean and given a lot of detail to keeping the sanitary conditions.nVery nice place.
I called for information regarding my family meme ver and left a message because the person I need to speak to was already gone for the day Luwanda. I waited the next day till about 2:30 and no call back. I called and asked for this person and when I told her I had left a message she was very snarky and rude and said she didn’t get a message “and anyway you need to speak to Bernice” it’s so sad if this is the way they treat you at the door I can only imagine once you are inside.
I wanted to take the time and write this review because the attention our family has been receiving from Fox Hollow Nursing Home has been and continues to be exceptional. My dad is set to be there for a short term basis due to him needing to recuperate from a surgery, but I am hundreds of miles away from him. In spite of this, they are doing a tremendous job in keeping me up to date on his progress and well being. From my first conversation with the Community Relations Director, to their Social Worker to the Nurses. All of them, are pleasant, professional, and respectful to work with. All of this makes me feel at peace because I know that my dad is in great hands. Thank you, Fox Hollow!!!
My experience with FOX HOLLOW POST ACUTE was above excellent. They provided my father with excellent service.During his stay, the staff had great bedside manners. The medications were given on a timely fashion. The social worker was very helpful and respectful to the needs of all patients. The therapist are willing work around your schedule and were very flexible with the days and times of patient's availability. I highly recommend FOX HOLLOW POST ACUTE.
