Quick & Easy service, yet the worker whom helped me seemed to be very distracted on her phone & made the experience longer than it should have. As my first time, I think I should've been helped more on how to answer some of the questions rather than repeat & just expect a Yes or No answer, with a little bit of attitude implying I'm rather dumb. No, just inexperienced in this grown-up field. Yet again, super fast to sign up for TWIC here.

This place has caused me nothing but grief for two straight renewals. I've had a TWIC card since it first was implemented. Five years ago they said something was wrong with my drivers licence. I went to the DMV and they told me that there was nothing wrong with it. So I went back and a different person helped me with no issues. This time they wouldn't take my birth certificate and they wouldn't give me a reason as to why they took it last time but not this time. They told me I needed an abstract form. So while I was in Corpus for a company physical I decided to swing by the place there. Ten minutes later I walked out with no issues using the same birth certificate that was denied in Brownsville. Six hours later I checked the status of the renewal and it was approved and being printed. Needless to say my for my next renewal I will not use this place.
