After being a loyal Fred Loya customer for 15 yrs, (and zero accident claims) we started seeing increases in our premium. When we asked why our rates kept going up instead of seeing some sort of discount for never having claims, their response was that our rates had to go up due to an increase in claims filed by other drivers. We ended up switching to Geico which now we pay less a month and save quite a bit yearly with better coverage. Should've done this years ago!! Wasted money.
