One of the the worst insurance companies ever. They make me pay for my own rental. They only cover 8 days (most shops take 2-3 weeks cause they are busy) and they are taking forever to reimburse me. I've left alot of messages, emails and faxs and still haven't gotten my money back!!!

This company is so dishonest. After 3 months of being lied to and misled and being told that I would receive a refund for a cancellation I was told I would get nothing. They could have just told me there would have been no refund after my cancellation instead of lying to me and wasting my time. I didn’t even get an apology.

Only giving 1 star because I have to. I was hit by a gentleman covered by pronto insurance 2 months ago. It was determined that their driver was at fault and to this date my vehicle still has not been repaired. I have made multiple attempts to contact this company by phone and email and still have no response.

Back in november of 2018 I went to get a home insurance policy for a house we bought. I don't know how, but Pedro Rochas, the insurance representative got a policy under a different address. I never received any documents or notice until last week when my bank notified me the insurance policy had been cancelled back in november.nnI went to talk to him, but turns out he does not even take customers in person; they have to email him or page him so he can call back. I only spoke to him once, and he said he was going to look into it and he never called me back. Long story short I had to get a new insurance policy and cancel the one he mistakenly got under a different address. I will take more steps to make sure they know he messed up.
