The insurance is great....if you never need to make a claim!! Guess you get what you pay for!!! I’ve waited for over a month for them to tell me my car is totaled and still have yet to revive any compensation. I’ve called several times and left voice messages which were never returned. This company only pays $25 a day for 30 days....I’ve exceeded my 30 days and still my claim has not been settled! So you must pay for your rental and they reimburse you. Then if you’re car gets totaled, expect to continuously call and follow up with no response for weeks only to find out they don’t even pay the minimum value of your car, my finance company told me what they’re offering me is not the minimum and to keep fighting yet they want receipts for tires etc to verify.... idk I will never use this company again, I would only recommend them to my enemy!!
