Best visit I had with pain management doctor.nThe nurses were very friendly and polite. Doctor treated you with respect and made sure you understand everything that is going on. Would recommend him to anyone with a heat beat.

Dr. Apolinario, when you meet him, seems like a great Doctor. He has a good bedside manner and tries to keep things in a more homeopathic mentality than loading you up with medication. However, his staff is beyond awful. For any veteran considering seeing him, be prepared for a longer wait and more ineptitude from that front office. The VA is a gift compared to this office staff. They don't call to confirm appointments, they don't let you know an appointment has been cancelled or changed, they don't understand how to read orders from an outside physician, they thought CERVICAL was for the BACK and not the NECK and thus delayed my ability to make an appointment for over a month now, they rarely return calls, or do much of anything that is of benefit to the patient. It's almost comical how bad this front office is until you realize that their actions are hurting patients ability to get better or at least SOME relief from pain. If you can, avoid them.

Dr Apolinario is the best kept secret of the Valley. I say secret because his speciality, Physiatry, is not well-known among patients, even though it's one of the best. Dr. Apolinario treats you like he always knew you, he's very pleasant, very knowledgeable and he thinks outside the box. The entire staff is very pleasant. They all treat you like you're family or friends to them. If you have some problem with pain, or if you had an accident or other related problem, go see Dr. Apolinario ASAP, and he'll help you get off of medications and avoid surgery or in my case, very expensive treatments. Thank you Dr. Apolinario.
