Very bad service, I was in a wait of almost 3 hours from 11 am to 2 pm and I had already informed them that I had another appointment and for that reason, they passed me to 12:30 with the nurse and took data and information and He said there were no rooms but he was about to vacate one and already 1: 30 p.m. I wanted to open the door to ask if they would attend to me what was my surprise all locked and there was nobody in reception or in the next room, bother me A lot and I left because I think they should have told me that they would not see me on time and that if they wanted to return at another time but even when they left they had kept my documents to call me to tell them they had them and that it was for them but in no time I received an apology for such bad attention and I did not want to discuss there but it is not worth it because they have already reached the lunch hour they leave you there waiting saying that they are not late and they are leaving and there is nobody to whom to address you I think there are ways resolving things and their motto is CHILDREN ARE MY PRIORITY oh something like that and nothing to see is my experience and I hope that if they decide to go do not do the same thing because they feel the impotence of not having a good friendly service.
