I go in for follow ups every 3 months and each time she spends about 5 minutes going over my lab results. On one occasion my vitamin D was low and she gave me samples of a supplement that had expired years ago. This week I was in a lot of pain and tried to set up an emergency appointment for a cortizone shot, they said they would talk to the dr and call me back but never did. I called two more times and got the same answer. Two days later still no call back. Thanks for caring about your patient. Im taking my concerns elsewhere.
