My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Robles for a while. At first we felt that a few areas weren’t the best ie time it took to see the doctor. But changes were implemented and its working well! He’s a good doctor with a good staff! He listens and implements what’s needed for progression!

My mother-in-law had an appointment at 2:30 pm, we've been running our car for two hours b.c. the COVID19 situation. No one is compensating me for my time or my gas. She is 79 and this is already extending past the designated office hours. Better scheduling needs to happen.

My mom and dad had appts and waited for 2 hours to finally give up bc they were not seen by anyone. They seem to overbook and then can't handle appts or they are understaffed. It's sad to elderly people miss their lunch times and disabled wheelchair-bound patients waiting so long.

Great Doctor been for years he's always concerned my mother was with him before she passed away there staffing are professionals and been there faithful and confidencen....

Staff is helpful, doctor answers my question and has been helpful with needed medications.
