Dr. Garcia it's been very acertive in most of the diagnostic in my case, staff always courteous and very helpful.

This place is very good concerning the staff (Practitioners). We were very happy with Ms. Salazar but she left to another doctor's office. Lately what I don't like is that my son requires equipment from DME's and we need to have forms filled out by the doctor. The last three or four forms we have had to go or call several times for the person in charge to handle them to send them to the DME or to have it corrected since the first time is not done right. It is really frustrating since we have to be without the services until those forms are filled out correctly and submitted.

The staff is very slow and could care less about your wait times. Even if you just there for lab works, expect a long wait..

Dr and pa excellent. The staff on the otherhand was very unprofessional. I had to get my blood drawn and the guy was upset . It's your job . I Felt very uncomfortable!

It is an extremely difficult and long process just to get title 19s (prescriptions for medical supplies) signed by the dr who ever handles paperwork John I think is verh carless my mother in law has been without her montly supplies for a month i have called 4x this month and the pharmacy has taken them the forms on 2 different occasions My mothher in law went in person and they gave her a medication prescription instead of the correct form she is still with out supplies due to the incompetence in the office im about to call again so wish ... btw this happens every 6 months every single time we have to renew supplies
