3-hour frustrating wait while people arriving after me were processed before me. An apparently mismanaged operation. Let's see if they deliver on their promise to provide results within 72-hours.

It's not the first time I've gone to this place but it will be the last. The wait time every time I've gone is easily over 1 hour on a slow day. You never get seen by a Doctor unless you take labs other than that you will see a PA. Horrible customer service and over all unpleasant experience. Find another place to go.

Decent staff, PA Garces is one of the best providers in the Alton gloor clinic. He was able to treat and diagnosed me correctly. Highly recommend.
