Christmas Eve morning 10 o'clock and store still not open... It definitely held me up at the mall. I did find a gift store needs a wider selection!!!
Nice cap selection. Associate very nice and helpful. Explained custom process effectively. Once my artwork was digitized, the process to make the cap was about 1 hour. Cap was ready when I returned.nnUpselling of Access Pass was a nice touch and info very helpful.nnOverall a great experience. Will be back.
Store Manager is great with taking care of guests but when he is not there, there is a Lack of Customer Service. Assistant Manager is very sarcastic and rude. No need to be rude when customers are asking questions. No greeting when you walk in.
Online said opened at 10 waitied an hour till 11
