If I could I would not give a single star. My husband bought water proof boots, turns out they were not. He ordered other boots from online since he was out of town at work, he needed them asap. When he went to the Brownsville store to return for a refund, they refused to refund money. They claimed that their refund policy is at manager's discretion. They tried forcing him to exchange the product when he clearly stated he did not want a product from their store. My husband called corporate, after a heated discussion with the supervisor of Custer service they agreed on refunding him the money. When he went back to the store the cashier was still rude and refusing to refund the money. The employees at this store act as if the money were to be deducted from their pay. By the way he only dealt with managers.
The employee was very helpful and polite. Cashier has well was helpful and polire as she was showing us the yeti mug that we purchased. Great employees
Pretty much were ignored the entire time we were in store. Looking for boots, but as stated no one was around.
