The employees of this pharmacy are rude and arrogant. They lie when the truth fits better. They often screw up my prescription by either wrong quanity and or milligrams dispensed. I encourage everyone to take your business to a place that hires competent people.

I have for years come to the Kroger pharmacy on Longmire. The staff have in my experience been the most compassionate and competent out of all the pharmacies in CStat.

Was told RX would be ready in 1 hr but almost 5 hours later it was still not ready. I understand if they are busy & run a few minutes later than promised but missing the mark by several hours is gross incompetence. I would rather have a more accurate “available time” even if it’s more than one hour than arrive hours after it should have been ready & still have to wait.

I’ve never been to a pharmacy that had such awful customer service and the SLOWEST drive thru. They actually let people wait at the window for 15 minutes for their prescription instead of having them loop around while the rest of us wait. And to top it off, no customer service etiquette on the phone when trying to talk to someone about prescriptions being ready, being told it would be ready in 15 minutes, going back 45 minutes later and still wasn’t ready. And the girl I talked to was irritated on the phone that I had the audacity to call and check on it.
