I came upon a wasp nest while trimming my shrubs this afternoon. I had no idea the nest was there before I started working and was attacked. I called Valley Pest Control to get the nest removed and they were at my house within a couple hours. The gentleman who came to remove the nest was very kind and caring about how I was feeling after receiving multiple stings on my face. He then went to work to remove my unwanted guests. I was very impressed by Bens professional service and caring attitude. I highly recommend using Valley Pest Control again.
After first sending someone who said they could not help, I left a bad review of Valley Pest Control. I suspect they read my review and sent someone back. The guy they sent the second time acted as if it were no problem at all to take care of the hornets nest I had called about. Not sure why the first guy thought it would be so hard to deal with, but exterminator number two took care of things in less than fifteen minutes.
Had wasps in our foundation, tried multiple chemicals from the hardware store but nothing worked. A very nice man from Valley showed up on time and his stuff worked. No more wasps. $100. Seems pricey but we probably spent that much on DIY solutions. Next time I will just call Valley pest right away.
A high quality company! I used them on several projects and not only do they have great service, but they are the experts in their field.
Does an excellent job but....doesn't follow up every year for service. I guess I don't think I should have to chase someone down to give them my money lol. If they wanted my continued business my thoughts are they would reach out to me. Maybe I'm just old fashioned that way ud83dude01
