Doctors have lied to me multiple times and spent years attempting to sway me from getting help for my back. (Service connected disability) because stretching will solve everything according to their highly trained staff; Even degenerative disk disease
Doctors are great, staff is nice enough. Phone wise it's awful. Wait on hold forever and then when they finally answer they hang up as soon as you say hello.
No complaints. Doctors, nurses, and staff are great.
The people in clinic are good. Phone calls go thru temple this bad cannt get anyone to answer phones
This has been the worst medical care system ever. They past me from doctor to doctor, they act like they care but don’t, sent me to Temple for tests etc but nothing gets done. If anyone needs a primary care doctor—go outside the V.A. I am still in constant pain....so much for “V.A. benefits”!! The V.A. in Big Springs could show these folks about taking care of veterans.
