I can't thank these people enough for all of their help. They worked constantly with me in getting my engagement ring finished in time for my planned proposal. Start to finish with sketches, updates on statuses with casting, stones, etc. Kyle has been a long time friend of ours and I wouldn't have gone to anyone else. I'll continue coming back to them for years to come!

I had been searching for an Aggie ring guard for several months, and thought that there was only one place to get them. I am SO THANKFUL that I found Montelongo’s. No appointment was needed, I was able to look at samples of various ring guard options, and they had my ring back in one week!!! The staff members were absolutely amazing and they were all very patient with me as it took me a while to decide exactly what I wanted. They were not pushy, asked me questions about my preferences to help me make an informed decision, and treated me with respect and kindness. I would HIGHLY recommend their store and will definitely go back in the future.

Jesse Montelango and Tim the jeweler are the best.I have been in Jewelry retail management for 26 years,and I was in a bind with a guest repair and didn't have time to send to my own jeweler.I called Jesse and he immediately said bring it to me now and we will get it taken care of.Tim did an excellent job,and they were so friendly, professional and understood my passion to get my guest taken care of.I have known their father for years and always have had so much respect for his grace and kindness,his legacy is continuing with his children.Thank you Montelango Family and Tim

I walked in a hot mess ( yoga pants, no make up-kind of day) as it was also raining. I Received prompt and precise assistance on what I was looking at/ shopping for. I had previously gone down the street to view a very similar item and to my dismay felt as though I wasn’t as welcomed. At Montelogo’s I felt welcomed and comfortable viewing what I wanted and taking my time just looking. I didn’t feel like I was just a sale. I was treated like family. The individual that assisted me was very knowledgeable, kind and patient.nnI later learned that it was Mr. Montelongo that was assisting me.nnAll the people I saw flooding the store alone speaks volumes of their great quality and customer service. I am more than happy with my purchase. I will be visiting Montelongo’s for all my future needs.

I stumbled upon Montelongo's Fine Jewelry after receiving terrible customer service from a large competitor in town. I have been shopping with Montelongo's since my junior year (5 years ago) and I refuse to shop anywhere else. I recommend Montelongo's to all my friends (including the friends that are not aggies) from out of town. Robby is my go to guy! He not only gets to know each client but also refuses to push you to buy. I have interacted with all of the staff members and each and every one of them make me feel like I am part of the family. Highly recommend!
