Personable. Sincere. Considerate and Creative problem solver. I can’t say enough about Brianna. I have been buying jewelry for the women of my family exclusively from James Avery for over 25 years. But I have yet to be treated with as much consideration, patience, and excitement about the project as we were this evening by this young lady. For the first time my 9 and 10 year old daughters were invited to be an active part in picking out their aunt’s perfect gift, and Brianna made certain their input was respected and deferred to each step of the way. We only went to Dillard’s in a rush because the other location was closing, but I assure you, I will not go anywhere else.
